Help protect your customers from going down an accidental rabbit hole by filtering internet content using OvrC.

To Filter Internet Content Using OvrC, follow these steps:

• Step 1: Log into your dealer OvrC account.

• Step 2: Choose the project and location.

• Step 3: Select the Araknis router.

• Step 4: Configure the Content Filtering & Network Security Settings.

Step 1: Log into your dealer OvrC account.

Navigate to app.ovrc.com and enter your dealer credentials. Click “login”.

Step 2: Choose the project and location.

From the customer list, select the correct customer’s project. In the customer list, verify if the customer has more than one location. For customers with more than one location, click the “show more” arrow under the Customer column to expand the list of customer locations. Select the correct customer location.

Step 3: Select the Araknis router.

On the customer’s location dashboard, click the Devices tab. In the available devices list, click the Araknis router you desire to configure.

Step 4: Configure the Content Filtering & Network Security Settings.

On the Araknis router’s Device Page, click Configure. Next, under General Settings, click Content Filtering & Network Security Settings. Click the toggle button to enable Basic Security features. Finally, select the tier of content filtering desired by the customer. Press Save.

A confirmation message will appear; click confirm. Upon confirmation, a final message will appear at the top of your browser in green confirming your settings have been successfully saved.
